Have you heard yourself say, "Ive tried everything" but keep coming back to the same problems? Well when it comes to your well-being, I'm all about taking a holistic approach. That means seeing you as the amazing, complex person you are—mind, body, heart, and spirit. I do this by incorporating traditional and complementary therapies that serve you and your needs. Your journey isn't just about fixing symptoms; it's about nurturing every part of you so you can thrive.

Art Psychotherapy

I believe in tailoring my approach to fit you because one size definitely does not fit all. Creative therapy isn't just about creating art—it's about creating a safe space where you can truly be yourself, explore your emotions, and find healing in your own unique way. Through creative expression, emotional regulation, and unconscious and sensory processing,  art serves the purpose to give words to those moments there are no words for. 

Workshops

You don't need to drop everything and disappear on a week-long retreat to find that rejuvenation you crave. That's where my workshops come in. They're like little pockets of magic designed to sprinkle some sparkle back into your world and help you reconnect with the incredible person you are.
